Refund policy

Exchanges

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you an exchange.

We only offer exchanges for supplies. Machines are NOT included.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it, send us an email at contact@judeaenterprises.com and send your item to: Judea Enterprises, Unit B Dona Irenea, 1700 Paranaque, Philippines.

To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your exchange, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Once your exchange is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your exchange.

Please note that we do not issue refunds. If you are approved, then a credit for the same amount of the item will be applied to your account immediately.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be exchanged, unfortunately sale items cannot be exchanged. 

Shipping

To exchange your product, you should mail your product to: Judea Enterprises, Unit B Dona Irenea, 1700Â Paranaque, Philippines

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for exchange your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you are approved for an exchange, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your credit.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are shipping an item over 1,000.00, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
